Cancellations & No-Shows<\/h2>\n <p>Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.<\/p>\n\n <h2>4. Delays & Force Majeure<\/h2>\n <p>The company is not liable for delays caused by <span class=\"highlight\">traffic, weather, accidents, road conditions, or Acts of God<\/span>. Every effort will be made to provide timely service.<\/p>\n\n <h2>5. Waiting Time & Grace Period Policy<\/h2>\n <p>The company provides a complimentary grace period for all pickups as outlined below:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li><strong>Domestic flights:<\/strong> 45 minutes<\/li>\n <li><strong>International flights:<\/strong> 75 minutes<\/li>\n <li><strong>Non-airport pickups:<\/strong> 15 minutes<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <p>Any waiting time exceeding the grace period will be billed at <span class=\"highlight\">$20 per each additional 30-minute interval<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n <h2>6. Passenger Responsibilities<\/h2>\n <p>Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n <h2>7. Vehicle Use & Conduct<\/h2>\n <p>Passengers are expected to behave responsibly. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n <h2>8. Service Changes<\/h2>\n <p>The company reserves the right to modify vehicle type or route when necessary to ensure safety and service quality.<\/p>\n\n <h2>9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n <p>The company\u2019s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>\n\n<h2>10. Vehicle Breakdown<\/h2>\n<p>\n In the event of a vehicle breakdown, the company will make all efforts to provide a replacement vehicle. \n If a replacement is provided or declined by the client, no refund is due.
