Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Payments
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards and other approved options.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road conditions, or Acts of God. Every effort will be made to provide timely service.
5. Waiting Time & Grace Period Policy
The company provides a complimentary grace period for all pickups as outlined below:
- Domestic flights: 45 minutes
- International flights: 75 minutes
- Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes
Any waiting time exceeding the grace period will be billed at $20 per each additional 30-minute interval.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
7. Vehicle Use & Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave responsibly. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
8. Service Changes
The company reserves the right to modify vehicle type or route when necessary to ensure safety and service quality.
9. Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Vehicle Breakdown
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, the company will make all efforts to provide a replacement vehicle. If a replacement is provided or declined by the client, no refund is due. If no replacement is available, the refund is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
11. Agreement
By confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
